Mother Tree Postpartum Doula Training prepares the doula to support families after birth so they can healthily integrate a newborn into the family.
The Postpartum Doula training will support the doula in developing a Postpartum Plan that fosters a client’s personal parenting style as the expert of their own baby and nourishes the parents through this special transition time.
This training is designed so the doula can be qualified for DONA International Certification Step 1

- coping skills and supporting the recovering birthing person and family
- physical and psychological needs of the postpartum period and development of the newborn
